M.T. Gabdullin

Maratbek Gabdullin, PhD, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, is a highly qualified specialist in the fields of plasma physics, nanomaterials and nanotechnology, and hydrogen energy.
He has published over 400 scientific works, including 55 articles in high-impact journals in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, and other countries.

As of today, Maratbek Tulebergenovich is the author of 9 patents registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

International Cooperation

He maintains close professional collaborations with leading scientists from major international research centers in Germany, France, the United States, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.
He serves as a member of editorial boards of scientific journals and as a reviewer for high-impact international journals.

For his scientific achievements, Maratbek Tulebergenovich has received numerous awards, including:
“Best Young Scientist”, “Best University Lecturer”, Laureate of the Al-Farabi State Prize in Science and Technology, “Altyn Adam – Person of the Year” award, and the Presidential Medal “25 Years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan”, among others.

Current and Past Positions

Previously, Maratbek Tulebergenovich held the position of Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation, after which he was appointed Rector of the Kazakh-British Technical University.

The Kazakhstan Physics Society (KPS) is a republican public association, a non-profit organization operating on the basis of voluntary membership.

KPS conducts its activities in the interests of its members, with the aim of coordinating the efforts of the physics community in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
