About our society
The Republican Public Association “Kazakhstan Physical Society” is a non-profit organisation operating on the basis of voluntary membership.
The KPS carries out its activities in the interests of its members, coordinating efforts and fostering collaboration among physics enthusiasts.
The KPS promotes the development of physical science and the popularisation of physics, provides consultations on science, education, and technology, strengthens links between physicists, publishes research, supports international collaboration, and protects the interests of its members.

Our priority goals
The KPS functions in the interests of its members, coordinating activities and promoting interaction among physics enthusiasts.
The Kazakhstan Physical Society brings together over 200 scientists and more than 30 research institutions and universities across the country.
Promote the development of physical science and education in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Provide expert review and consultation (in science, education, and high-tech industry).
Popularize physics through local and international media.
Foster and support international collaboration among physicists worldwide.
Establish and develop research centers and laboratories around the world.
Protect the scientific, professional, and social interests of its members.
International Relations
The KPS organises outreach and lecture activities for scholars, professors, students and schoolchildren alike, aiming to strengthen generational continuity in science and foster knowledge-sharing for tackling current scientific challenges together.
