He maintains close creative contacts with leading scientists from various world scientific centers in Germany, France, the USA, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. He is a member of the editorial boards of scientific journals, as well as a reviewer for high-ranking journals.

For his achievements in science, Maratbek Tulergenovich has been awarded numerous honors: “Best Young Scientist,” “Best University Teacher,” Laureate of the State Prize in Science and Technology named after al-Farabi, Laureate of the “Altyn Adam – Person of the Year” award, and has been decorated with the Presidential Medal “Қазақстан Конституциясына 25 жыл” (25 Years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan), among others.
