The delegation of the Kazakh Physical Society participated in the Research in Action Workshop 2026, held at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom).

From 27 to 28 April 2026, the Research in Action Workshop 2026 took place at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom), dedicated to “The Science of Critical Minerals and the Realigning Global Order.”

The event was organized in partnership with INET, the Cambridge Central Asia Forum, and Jesus College (University of Cambridge), as well as within the framework of the international research project “The Green Industrial Policy in the Age of Rare Metals: A Transregional Comparison of Growth Strategies in Rare Earth Mining Project”, funded by the European Research Council (ERC) and implemented by the University of Sussex (United Kingdom) in collaboration with the British Management University (Tashkent, Uzbekistan). The event was co-sponsored by the Department of Science Technology and Innovation, UK (DSIT).

The Research in Action Workshop 2026 was attended by a delegation of the Kazakh Physical Society, consisting of Academician T.S. Ramazanov, Professor M.T. Gabdullin, and Associate Professor D.G. Batryshev.
