Scientific Secretary
Marzhan Nurlankyzy Sultangazina — Master of Engineering and Technology, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Plasma Physics, Nanotechnology, and Computer Physics (PPNCP) of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Research Experience
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2016 from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, majoring in “5B071000 – Materials Science and Technology of New Materials”. In 2018, she completed her Master’s degree in “6M074000 – Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology”.
From 2018 to 2022, she pursued her PhD studies in the educational program “8D07112 – Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology” at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Between 2017 and 2020, she worked as an engineer at the National Open-Type Nanotechnology Laboratory (NOTNL) at Al-Farabi KazNU. In 2019–2020, she was a lecturer at the Department of Plasma Physics, Nanotechnology, and Computer Physics (PPNCP) at the Faculty of Physics and Technology.
In 2021–2022, she held the position of Junior Researcher at the Laboratory for Advanced Electronics Development at Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU).
During the 2022–2023 academic year, she served as Head of the Department of Physics at the Faculty of Basic Engineering Training of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University.
Since 2023, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Plasma Physics, Nanotechnology, and Computer Physics (PPNCP) of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Marzhan Nurlankyzy is actively engaged in scientific research and has authored more than 30 publications in national and international scientific journals.
She was awarded the title of “Best Young Scientist of KazNU – 2024”.
